How long can I swim?
The swimming area time limit is 1.5 hours.

Are swim shorts allowed?
Clean swim shorts are permitted as swimwear.

Can I use my own swimming equipment?
Yes, as long as they are used exclusively in the swimming hall. This is for hygiene reasons.

Do you lend swimming goggles?
No, we don’t. However, swimming goggles can be purchased at the ticket desk.

Where are lost and found items?
Lost items are first taken to the lifeguard station to dry, then moved to drawers in the café lobby. Kuohu does not store liquids or sauna seat covers.

Why must hair be tied up or under a cap?
For hygiene reasons. This helps reduce loose hair ending up on the pool floor and in cleaning equipment.

When does the café close?
The café closes half an hour before the swimming hall closes.

When does the hall close?
You can buy a ticket up to 75 minutes before closing, and the swimming area closes 30 minutes before the hall closes. On weekdays and public holidays, opening hours may vary, so please check them on these pages.
