Beginners’ swimming school

The course progresses at a leisurely pace, allowing participants to familiarise themselves with the water and its properties. We practise a lot of water relaxation, floating, sliding and basic swimming styles. The goal may be, for example, to find your own swimming style or to overcome your fear of water. Individual goals are set for each participant. The course is held outside the hall’s general opening hours. The group will be organised if 6 adults sign up.
