Fri 17:15-18:00 hydrospinning (Waterfall pool)

No advance registration is required for water aerobics, but you must register for hydrospinning and pool aerobics via our website.

Water aerobics and pool aerobics cost €4.90 per session or €67.40 for a 15-session card, in addition to the admission fee.

Hydro spinning costs €7.00 per session + admission fee.

Hydrohex

Kuohu has two Hydrohex machines:

• In addition to self-guided training and water aerobics, the multi-purpose pool device offers a few water aerobics classes with audio guidance and background music. The multi-purpose pool device is available for use except for a few individual weekly reservations. Scheduled water aerobics classes are held as follows (30-45 min):
  • Tue 6:30
  • Tue 19:15
  • Thu 18:30
  • Fri 16:30
  • Sat 12:30
  • Sun 16:00
• In addition to self-guided training and water aerobics, the waterfall pool facility offers family packages that allow children to play and practise swimming with each other or with an adult. The waterfall pool facility is available when there are no reservations for the pool.
