The price of each birthday package includes a maximum of 10 children and 2 adults. Additional children and adults will be charged the normal admission price (maximum number of children is 15). The birthday package and catering package are priced separately. You can also bring your own food and drinks for birthday parties or other events. In this case, the birthday party organiser is responsible for cleaning up the space (rubbish, table surfaces).
Lifeguards are responsible for the children during the supervised session. Otherwise, the children are the responsibility of their parents (including in the changing rooms and washrooms). Parents are warmly welcome to watch the supervised session either in the pool or at the poolside (this is also recommended). In the case of children under the age of 9 and children who cannot swim, a parent must always be present and in the water. Birthday parties are supervised from the edge of the pool.
Birthday parties are held at the following times (instruction in the pool begins): Saturday from 13:00 and 14:15, Sunday from 13:45 and 15:00.
The birthday party programme is as follows:
The start time varies according to the agreement
- 12:00 – Access to the cabinet (/or hall) begins (1 hour before pool instruction begins).
- 12:45 p.m. – Gathering in the Kuohu lobby, where the lifeguard (/instructor) will brief the group. Transfer to the changing rooms and washrooms under the guidance of parents.
- 13:00 – 45-minute pool session organised by Kuohu.
- 13:45 – Transfer to the changing and washing rooms under the guidance of parents.
- 14:00 – Move to the Kuohu cabinet or hall (2nd floor) to enjoy refreshments, guided by parents.
- 16:00 – Birthday party ends
After the Kuohu instruction session, it is possible to spend time in the pools under parental supervision before moving to the washing facilities. However, the cabinet/hall may only be used for a maximum of 4 hours, starting 1 hour before the instruction session.
Please note The cabinet is the primary place for enjoying refreshments at swimming pool birthday parties. Refreshments can also be served in the Kuohu hall, if it is available. The Kuohu hall also has space for independent play under parental supervision.
